Shock Therapy is bringing our years of off-road suspension development, testing, and racing experience to the Chevy 1500 platform. Our suspension components are designed to improve strength, durability, and performance, giving your truck the capability and confidence to handle everything from daily driving to aggressive off-road use.
Sway Bar Links
Keep your Silverado 1500 handling tight and stable with these direct-fit sway bar end links. Engineered to replace worn, cracked, or noisy factory links, they restore proper connection between your sway bar and suspension components β reducing body roll, improving cornering stability, and eliminating that annoying clunking sound over bumps and rough roads.
Features:
- Direct OEM fit for Chevy Silverado 1500 (verify model years compatible with your specific link)
- Heavy-duty ball joints and durable bushings built to handle daily driving, towing, and off-road use
- Corrosion-resistant coating for long-lasting performance in all weather conditions
- Easy bolt-on installation with standard tools β no special equipment required
- Sold as a pair (front) unless otherwise noted, ensuring balanced handling on both sides
Why Replace Your Sway Bar Links:
Worn sway bar links can cause excessive body roll, uneven tire wear, and a loose, unpredictable feel in corners. Replacing them restores factory-level stability and confidence behind the wheel.
Limit Strap Kit
Protect your suspension and control axle travel with this heavy-duty front limit strap kit for the Chevy Silverado 1500. Designed for lifted trucks and off-road builds, these straps prevent over-extension of the front suspension during hard compression and droop, safeguarding CV axles, brake lines, and other components from damage on rough terrain.
Features:
- Direct-fit design for Chevy Silverado 1500 (confirm compatibility with your lift height and model year)
- Constructed from rugged, abrasion-resistant nylon or polyester webbing rated for high load capacity
- Reinforced stitching and heavy-duty hardware for long-term durability under repeated flex and impact
- Adjustable length options to fine-tune travel limits based on your suspension setup
- Simple bolt-on installation β no cutting, welding, or specialty tools required
- Sold as a pair for even control on both sides of the front axle
Why You Need Limit Straps:
Lifted trucks are especially prone to over-articulation, which can stretch or snap factory components like brake lines, CV shafts, and sway bar links. A limit strap kit acts as a safety stop, absorbing shock and preventing costly suspension damage β especially important for off-road driving, rock crawling, or high-speed desert running.
Tie Rod Kit with BSD
Restore precise steering control and eliminate dangerous play in your front end with this complete tie rod kit for the Chevy Silverado 1500. Designed to replace worn, loose, or damaged inner and outer tie rod ends, this kit brings back tight, responsive steering and helps prevent uneven or premature tire wear. This kit also includes our Bump Steer Delete (BSD) kit which corrects bump steer geometry caused by lifted or leveled suspensions β keeping your steering accurate and predictable through full suspension travel.
Features:
- Direct OEM-fit replacement for Chevy Silverado 1500 (confirm compatibility with your model year and drivetrain)
- Includes inner and outer tie rod ends (left and right) for a complete, balanced steering linkage repair
- Includes our Bump Steer Delete (BSD) Kit β corrects altered steering geometry from lift kits or leveling kits, reducing bump steer and improving on-road/off-road handling
- Durable rubber boots seal out dirt, moisture, and debris to extend component life
- Corrosion-resistant coating built to withstand daily driving, towing, and rough road conditions
- Straightforward installation with standard tools β professional alignment recommended after install
Why Replace Your Tie Rods (and Add Bump Steer Delete):
Worn tie rod ends cause looseness in the steering wheel, wandering at highway speeds, and uneven tire wear. When a truck is lifted or leveled, factory tie rod angles can also introduce bump steer β unwanted steering feedback as the suspension moves through its travel. Our included BSD kit corrects that geometry, so you get both a fresh steering linkage and properly corrected handling in one purchase.
