Shipping policy

 SHIPPING POLICY - It's simple, you buy it, we ship it anywhere ASAP!

At the moment orders are taking about 1-2 business days to ship from the date the order is placed. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9-5.  This means we ship Monday through Friday. There are no outgoing shipments Saturday or Sunday so plan your shipping speed accordingly when choosing those options.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 1-2 business days with the exception of the days we are closed. We will ship your order as soon as possible; however, due to large order volumes, weather conditions, weekends or circumstances beyond our control, there may be unexpected delays.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER $1000 ARE SUBJECT TO WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT

All duties, fees, and/or taxes are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Shock Therapy Suspension is not responsible for any misinformation that the customer puts on their order. Refunds will not be approved if duties and fees are declined by the recipient or incorrect addresses, phone number, or email causes the order to be undeliverable.
