Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY - It's simple, you buy it, we ship it anywhere ASAP!

All customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and reviewing our policies before placing an order.

At the moment orders are taking about 10 business days to ship from the date the order is placed. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9-5.  This means we ship Monday through Friday. There are no outgoing shipments Saturday or Sunday so plan your shipping speed accordingly when choosing those options.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 7-10 business days with the exception of the days we are closed. We will ship your order as soon as possible; however, due to large order volumes, weather conditions, weekends or circumstances beyond our control, there may be unexpected delays.

All international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. Shock Therapy does not factor duties, taxes, orother import fees into the price of our products. Refunds will not be issued for orders held by customs due to the customer's lack or refusal to pay relevant fees.
