 SHIPPING POLICY - It's simple, you buy it, we ship it anywhere ASAP!

At the moment orders are taking about 10 business days to ship from the date the order is placed. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9-5.  This means we ship Monday through Friday. There are no outgoing shipments Saturday or Sunday so plan your shipping speed accordingly when choosing those options.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 7-10 business days with the exception of the days we are closed. We will ship your order as soon as possible; however, due to large order volumes, weather conditions, weekends or circumstances beyond our control, there may be unexpected delays.

 

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER $1000 ARE SUBJECT TO WIRE TRANSFER PAYMENT

All duties, fees, and/or taxes are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Shock Therapy Suspension is not responsible for any misinformation that the customer puts on their order. Refunds will not be approved if duties and fees are declined by the recipient or incorrect addresses, phone number, or email causes the order to be undeliverable.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is not damaged and no components are missing.
Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.


Returns After 30 Days

  • 31–90 Days: Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • After 90 Days: Returns are not accepted.

Damage & Missing Items

  • If the product is damaged, a 20% deduction will be applied.
  • If items are missing, the cost of the missing items will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your return is both past 30 days and includes damage or missing items, these deductions will be accumulative.

Return Label & Refund Process

A return shipping label will be created and emailed to you. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and passed a quality inspection. Please allow 2–3 business days after arrival for your refund to be issued.


Online Orders

To return an online order, you must be logged into your account to initiate the return.
