30-Day Money Back Guarantee
You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is not damaged and no components are missing.
Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Returns After 30 Days

31–90 Days: Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

After 90 Days: Returns are not accepted.
Damage & Missing Items

If the product is damaged, a 20% deduction will be applied.

If items are missing, the cost of the missing items will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is both past 30 days and includes damage or missing items, these deductions will be accumulative.
Replacement Orders for Shipping Errors or Fulfillment Issues
If we make an error with your order and need to send a replacement item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item(s).
To ensure the original item is returned, we offer the following replacement options:
Option 1: Standard Replacement Process
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Once the return package has been dropped off with the carrier and tracking shows movement, we will ship your replacement item.
- Tracking updates typically appear within 24 business hours after the package is received by the carrier, though delays may occur.
Option 2: Immediate Replacement Shipment
- If you would like your replacement item shipped immediately, we can process a new order for the replacement item at the current purchase price.
- Once the original item has been shipped using the provided return label and tracking shows movement, we will issue a full refund for the replacement order.
We reserve the right to withhold replacement shipments or refunds if the original item is not returned using the provided return label or if return tracking does not show carrier acceptance and movement.
Orders Held by Customs; refusal to pay import fees
- Refunds will not be granted for international orders held by customs on account of the customer's lack or refusal to pay relevant duties, taxes, and import fees.
Return Label & Refund Process
A return shipping label will be created and emailed to you. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and passed a quality inspection. Please allow 2–3 business days after arrival for your refund to be issued.
